The 98pk login process is designed to get you into your account as quickly as possible without compromising security. You can log in using your registered Pakistani mobile number or your email address — whichever you remember more easily. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text, and all data transmitted between your device and 98pk's servers is SSL/TLS encrypted.
If you're using a personal device, the "Keep me logged in" option means you won't need to enter your credentials every single time — your session stays active so you can jump back in whenever you want. If you're on a shared or public device, leave this unchecked and make sure to log out after each session. This is basic account hygiene that protects your PKR balance and personal data.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is available on your 98pk account and we strongly encourage every member to enable it. With 2FA active, a login attempt from an unrecognised device will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number before access is granted. It adds 10 seconds to the login process and dramatically reduces the chance of unauthorised access to your account.
One thing we hear from players all the time: "I can't remember which number I registered with." This is more common than you'd think, especially if you've changed your SIM. The easiest way to recover access is to try the email option — if you added an email at registration, that will still work. If you're stuck, our support team at support@98pk.ws can verify your identity through your CNIC and help you regain access to your 98pk account within a few minutes.
98pk will never contact you asking for your login credentials, OTP codes, or password via SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If anyone claiming to be from 98pk asks for this information, it is a scam — do not share it. Report such attempts to support@98pk.ws immediately.
