Account & Registration (7 questions)

Registering on 98pk takes about 90 seconds. Head to the Register page, enter your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth, create a password, and agree to the terms. Verify your mobile number via the OTP we send, make your first PKR deposit, and you're in. The welcome bonus is credited automatically. You must be 18 or over to register.

Yes, completely free. Creating a 98pk account costs nothing. There are no registration fees, no monthly subscription, and no hidden charges. You only spend when you choose to deposit and place bets. The minimum deposit is Rs 200.

No. 98pk strictly permits one account per person. Duplicate accounts are detected through CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint, and payment method matching. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you can't access your existing account, contact support@98pk.ws for help rather than registering a new one.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered mobile number and we'll send a 6-digit OTP. Verify it, set a new password, and you're back in. The whole process takes 2–3 minutes. If you've also lost access to your mobile number, email support@98pk.ws with your CNIC details.

Log into your 98pk account, go to Account Settings, and you'll find options to update your mobile number and email. Changing your mobile number requires OTP verification on both the old and new number. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact support@98pk.ws — our team will verify your identity via CNIC before making the change.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. When you request a withdrawal, 98pk will prompt you to upload a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (front and back). Once verified — usually within a few hours — all future withdrawals are processed without additional documentation. It's a one-time process.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support@98pk.ws or via live chat. Any real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method before closure. If the reason is problem gambling, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead — it's permanent and prevents re-registration, which provides stronger protection.
Deposits & Withdrawals (8 questions)

98pk accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there is no need for currency conversion. No payment fees are charged by 98pk on deposits or withdrawals.

There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may have their own daily transfer caps which are set on their side, not ours.

IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. No. 98pk does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees. These are set by the payment provider, not 98pk, and vary depending on your account type and transaction amount.

First, wait 30 minutes — IBFT transfers can take a little time. If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined (under the DLS method or minimum overs criteria), 98pk will void all pre-match bets on that specific match and refund stakes to your account. An accumulator (or "acca") on 98pk combines multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out — but when they do, the odds multiply, meaning much higher potential returns than single bets. The minimum selections for an accumulator on 98pk is 2. The more legs you add, the higher the potential payout — but also the more likely at least one leg fails.

Yes, 98pk offers a Cash Out feature on selected cricket and sports betting markets. When Cash Out is available, you'll see a button with the current cash out value on your open bet. Cash Out lets you take a profit if things are going well, or cut your losses if they're not, before the event ends. Not all markets support Cash Out — check your bet slip for availability.

The faster you report it, the better the outcome.

Never. 98pk will never ask for your password, OTP, or any login credentials via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or live chat. If you receive any message asking for this — even if it claims to be from 98pk — it is a scam. Do not reply, do not share any information, and report it to support@98pk.ws immediately.
